Registered Behavior Technician
Nicole Thomas, BANicole earned a BA in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. She has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults for more than 12 years. Nicole worked as a paraprofessional for UCP of Central Florida in both their primary and secondary settings. She moved to Orange County Public Schools where she has been an ESE Program Assistant and Behavior Technician. She is currently supporting older students in work placements.
Nicole began working in the field of ABA in 2017 and earned her Registered Behavior Technician credential is 2019. She is furthering her education by working toward a degree in ABA to become a BCaBA. Nicole has worked with kids and young adults of all ages with different exceptionalities. She most enjoys working with older children and young adults. She has experience working in homes, schools, daycares, and in the center.
When not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, and attending live music concerts. She also considers herself a foodie.
