Jess Repetto
Ikeisha

Jess holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has experience as an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with the ultimate goal of attaining her Masters in ABA, and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Her passion for working with children traces back to her early years in Girl Scouts, where she dedicated 14 years of her life, eventually becoming a Girl Scout leader. During she assisted younger children at camp. She later became an assistant teacher in her former kindergarten class, marking the beginning of a journey that would span seven years in total.

As a lead toddler teacher, Jess’ connection with her students inspired her to delve into the field of ABA. Since becoming an RBT, she has excelled in various settings, including clinics, schools, and home environments, working with children aged 2-19. Her expertise extends to diverse needs such as deaf/hard of hearing, speech impairment, intellectual disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and physical disabilities.

Jess’ favorite aspect of her work is witnessing the success of the children she supports. She finds immense fulfillment in setting children up for success. Her personal philosophy, “You can do anything you put your mind to,” displays her belief in the power of positive thinking and reinforcement.

Jess is creative and artistic. She has taught herself to play the ukulele and piano and is currently mastering the guitar. Her love for painting and bike rides on the beach showcases her appreciation for the simple joys in life. For Jess, spending time with friends and family is therapeutic.

Having recently relocated from New Hampshire, Jess is embarking on a new chapter, eager to meet new friends and embrace the exciting possibilities that this new journey holds.
