Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Grisellys Morales Vazquez, MA, BCBA, IBAGrisellys was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Orlando, Florida. She always knew she wanted to go into a career that involved helping others and decided to become a Speech and Language Pathologist. She attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a BA degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. During her last undergraduate year, she did an internship with Brain Fitness Club, which was an organization open to people with Alzheimer’s, Lou Gehrig’s disease and Parkinson’s. However, it wasn’t until her volunteer time with Nemours Rehabilitation Department that she realized she had a passion for helping children. After graduation, a colleague steered her toward the field of ABA. Grisellys began working as a Behavior Assistant in an ABA company where she became a Registered Behavior Technician.
Grisellys continued her education at the University of South Florida where she received her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst 2020. Grisellys is also recognized as an International Behavior Analyst. She has provided ABA in the clinic, home, and school settings. Grisellys is passionate about teaching functional skills and working alongside the client and families to provide the skills and tools necessary to have greater access to the community.
When not working, Grisellys enjoys spending time outdoors at the park or pool with her husband, 3 boys, and 3 dogs.
