Chelsea has over a decade of experience in the field of special education. She holds a PhD in Special Education, a Masters in Exceptional Student Education, and a Bachelors in Elementary Education, along with endorsements in Autism, Reading, and supportingEnglish Language Learners. Additionally, she brings valuable expertise as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Throughout her career, Chelsea has worked with children and families with exceptional needs across various settings, including schools, hospitals, and homes. Her roles have been diverse, ranging from Special Education teacher to Case Manager, Consultant, and Advocate. Chelsea’s passion lies in making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.

Chelsea’s favorite part of her work is the joy of “unlocking” new skills and abilities in her students. Guided by the personal philosophy that “Everyone can learn!” she approaches each interaction with optimism and a belief in the potential for growth.

Chelsea enjoys collaborating with families and using positive reinforcement strategies. Her dedication to creating a collaborative and supportive environment reflects in her approach to ABA.
