Alyssa is pursuing her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Stetson University. She hopes to open her own clinic one day to support children and adolescents with mental health challenges. She believes childhood is the most beneficial stage of life to begin therapy of any sort to help enhance life’s outcomes.

Alyssa has worked in the school, daycare, and home settings with children aged 4 to 9 years old with autism spectrum disorder. She loves working directly with children and making them happy. Alyssa says the kinder you are, the happier you are!

Alyssa enjoys eating, traveling, and antique shopping. She loves meeting new people and learning new things. She has run 2 marathons and plans to run her 3^rd in 2023.
