Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership in 2020 and went on to receive her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2025. She has also successfully passed her board exams to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

She has been working with children since 2012, beginning as a private nanny where she developed strong skills in organization, multitasking, and maintaining a calm, supportive environment while managing households with multiple children. This early experience laid the foundation for her transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Alyssa began her ABA career as a Behavior Assistant and earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in 2022. She later advanced into the role of Lead RBT and student analyst, where she built a strong foundation in delivering and supporting behavior analytic services. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with the children she serves and supporting their developmental progress. Her favorite part of her work is witnessing the growth and increasing independence of each child, and being an active part of that journey.

Outside of her professional role, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old daughter and their dog. Together, they love exploring the outdoors, spending time with friends, and making the most of each day through small adventures.
