Tyler New is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is currently working on completing his Bachelor’s degree. His career aspirations include becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and eventually running a clinic with his BCBA brother. Tyler is dedicated to advancing in the field of ABA and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those he works with.

Tyler’s experience spans a wide range of settings and behaviors, making him well-versed in the diverse aspects of ABA. He has worked in various environments, including clinics, schools, and homes, and with clients across all age groups and disabilities. His extensive background allows him to adapt to different situations and client needs, bringing a versatile and comprehensive approach to his work.

His favorite part of the job is witnessing the progress and positive impact on a child’s life. Tyler finds joy in the small victories that build communication skills and empower clients to advocate for themselves and achieve success.

Tyler’s personal philosophy is to lead a life where he makes a difference in those around him and advocates for those who need it the most. In ABA, he is particularly passionate about helping clients develop communication skills, finding fulfillment in seeing the excitement and improvement these skills bring to clients and their families.

Outside of his professional life, Tyler has a background in college football and enjoys practicing ceramics in his spare time. He also has two cats named after anime characters and often spends his time with his fiance. Tyler looks forward to continuing his journey in ABA and contributing positively to the lives of those he supports.
