Sarah Manciaearly childhood education and a passion for advocating for the needs of children. She holds an
Associate of Arts degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, with a Minor in
Communicative Health and Disorders. Sarah is dedicated to empowering children through
connection, communication, and advocacy, and she is excited to continue advancing in her field.
Sarah has gained diverse experience working in schools, clinics, and home settings, primarily
with children between the ages of 2 and 15. She has worked with children diagnosed with
Autism and those experiencing absent seizures. Her favorite part of the job is building
meaningful connections with the children she serves, and she is committed to advocating for
their needs and ensuring they are heard, understood, and supported.
Her personal philosophy is centered around empowering children by fostering environments
where they can thrive. Sarah believes that every child deserves to be in a space that promotes
safety, understanding, and trust, allowing them to grow at their own pace.
One of Sarah’s favorite aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis is watching children develop
socially, emotionally, and verbally. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help children express
themselves, whether verbally or with an augmentative and alternative communication device, as
this is a crucial skill that can be shaped with each session.
Outside of work, Sarah is an animal lover who enjoys volunteering in her community and at her
church. She also has a passion for plants and enjoys caring for them.
Sarah is set to graduate with her bachelor’s degree at the end of 2025. She recently got married
and is in the process of moving to Orlando with her husband and dog.
Sarah is excited to continue growing in her career and making a positive difference in the lives
of the children she works with.
