Madison Delgado
Jennifer Blair
Madison Delgado is a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician with a deep passion for
working with children and helping them thrive. She earned an Associate of Arts degree and is
currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology. Madison’s long-term goal is to
earn a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and become a licensed Psychologist, where she can
continue to make a positive impact on individuals’ lives.

Madison has gained diverse experience in clinical, school, and in-home settings, working with
children and adolescents ranging from 3 to 17 years old. Throughout her career, she has
worked with individuals with a variety of disabilities, including Autism, Down Syndrome,
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. She is passionate
about supporting each individual’s unique needs and celebrating their progress.

Her favorite part of the job is building meaningful connections with clients and celebrating their
milestones and achievements. Madison finds great joy in witnessing the growth and
development of those she works with, and she values the opportunity to be part of their journey.

Madison’s personal philosophy is centered around embracing individuality and finding joy in the
present moment. She believes in trusting the process of life, valuing the lessons learned from
experiences, and understanding that everything happens for a reason. She emphasizes the
importance of living life to the fullest and prioritizing joy.

One of Madison’s favorite aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis is observing clients make
progress. There is nothing more fulfilling for her than seeing a client transform and overcome
challenges, moving toward greater independence. The work is deeply rewarding, knowing that
the efforts put forth help clients lead more successful and independent lives.

Outside of work, Madison is a huge cat lover, with three cats that she adores and considers her
babies. She is married, and she and her husband share a love for travel and trying new foods.
They are self-proclaimed foodies and enjoy discovering new places to explore. Madison has
been playing guitar since she was 7 years old, and music plays a significant role in her life. She
also enjoys singing, reading, and creating art.

Madison has always been fascinated by the field of psychology, especially the workings of the
mind. She has a deep interest in astrology, numerology, and the “unknown,” and she’s always
up for discussing these topics with others. When she’s not working or diving into her academic
pursuits, she enjoys gardening.

Madison is excited to continue her journey in the field of psychology and Applied Behavior
Analysis, and she is committed to supporting her clients as they achieve their fullest potential.
