Kylah Collins is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stetson University. She is currently pursuing her Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Kylah’s career aspirations include deepening her expertise in ABA and making a significant impact in the field of school psychology.

In her role as an RBT, Kylah has worked extensively with children aged 10 to 18 across various settings, including home, school, and community environments. She has focused primarily on supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), utilizing her skills to provide tailored and effective interventions.

Kylah’s favorite part of her job is making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. She takes pride in boosting their confidence, helping them recognize that their disability does not define them, and providing them with the resources they need to excel in life.

Her personal philosophy is that every child should have the opportunity to become the best version of themselves, starting with their experiences in youth. She believes in raising a generation of children who understand their worth and potential and can embrace it in all areas of their lives.

In ABA, Kylah values the internal reward of watching a child improve or succeed at their goals. This fulfillment reaffirms her commitment to the field and motivates her to continue making a positive impact, despite the challenges that may arise.

Outside of work, Kylah enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being actively involved in her church community. She is dedicated to both her professional growth andpersonal interests, looking forward to contributing positively to the lives of those she works with.
