Austin started his journey in ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2019. He earned his bachelor’s degree in developmental psychology and will complete a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in the summer of 2023. Austin is passionate about Precision Teaching and PEAK.

Austin has worked with individuals from 2 to 30 years old in a variety of settings, including home, clinic, schools, and in the community. He has experience with ADHD, autism, oppositional defiance disorder, OCD, and anxiety disorders. Austin specializes in using the principles of precision teaching and the use of the standard celeration chart in his everyday practice. His professional areas of interest include RFT, extreme maladaptive behaviors, sexual behavior, LGBTQIA+ inclusion/education, and staff training. He believes the learner knows best! Adapt to the learned and follow their lead for the highest success.

Austin is extremely passionate about ABA dissemination, and diversity, equity, and inclusion for all people. In addition to working as a direct clinician, Austin also serves the BACB as a subject matter expert, treatment plan review team for Florida Medicaid med waiver, and a committee member/associate vice president for the Standard Celeration Society. Austin also hold the International Behavior Analyst credential.

Austin spends most of his free time at Disney World! He’s a collector of Mickey ears and tons of Disney souvenirs. He also loves to bake, read, and run.
