Cierra Finney is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a background in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. Her passion for working with children led her to this role, where she has had the opportunity to work with kids ranging from 2 years old to elementary age. Cierra has experience supporting children with various disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, non-verbal communication, and Asperger syndrome. Cierra finds immense joy in building relationships with her young clients and witnessing the moment they successfully complete a task for the first time. The sheer delight and sense of accomplishment she observes in them is a highlight of her work. Her personal philosophy is centered around the belief that every small moment counts and that every experience is a valuable learning opportunity. In the field of ABA, she especially values seeing the growth of her clients and her own development as an RBT. Outside of her professional life, Cierra is a proud mother of two boys, one of whom has special needs. Her children are a constant source of motivation for her. She enjoys having fun and embracing new experiences. Cierra is a perfectionist who welcomes constructive criticism, understanding that personal and professional growth is achieved through accepting guidance and learning from others.
